The Dean of the College of Arts Participates in an International Symposium on Supporting People with Disabilities

The Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enja, participated in the international scientific symposium titled "Managing Chronic Pain in People with Disabilities: Innovative Solutions to Enhance Their Quality of Life", which took place on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

In his speech during the symposium, the dean emphasized the need for society to increase awareness and education, particularly in our educational institutions, regarding the importance of assuring people with disabilities that they will receive care and attention from us.

He also highlighted that ministries are emphasizing greater attention to people with special needs, especially since the Iraqi government enforces laws designed to grant them their rights and provide care, ensuring they do not feel rejected by society.
