"An Introductory Lecture in the College of Arts on A Brief History of Islamic History"

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the Department of History at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, held an introductory lecture titled "A Brief History of Islamic History" for third- and fourth-year students.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Kamran Abdul Razzaq Mahmoud, aimed to raise students' awareness of the significance of Islamic history and its phases during the Era of the Prophetic Message, the Era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, the Umayyad Caliphate, and the Abbasid Caliphate, as well as to highlight aspects of Islamic history.

The lecture provided a vivid picture of the authentic documentation of Islam's success as a viable way of life and highlighted the impact of Islamic history on envisioning the future of the Islamic nation.
