Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enja, the College of Arts, through its Continuing Education Division and in collaboration with the Department of Arabic Language, organized a cultural festival on Thursday, November 28, 2024, titled "Success Stories of Students in the Department of Arabic Language in Art and Innovation."
The festival featured lectures delivered by the Dean and the Head of the Arabic Language Department, Associate Professor Dr. Koistan Najm Al-Deen Enja, discussing the importance of highlighting students' latent talents to enhance their diverse skills. These talents, in turn, pave the way for further developmental opportunities in the future.
The festival aimed to showcase various talents, particularly in the fields of art, innovation, painting, theater, poetry, and handicrafts. Students also shared brief accounts of their success stories. Additionally, the event included the performance of a play titled "The Internet Spiral," directed and supervised by the Head of the Arabic Language Department.
