Department of Arabic Language conducts an academic visit to the Central Library in Kirkuk

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, organized an academic visit to the Kirkuk Central Library as part of its policy of cooperation between state departments and institutions, aiming to benefit students in their academic journey.

The visit was supervised by the Head of the Arabic Department, Dr. Koistan Najm Al_deen Enja, who gave a lecture to second-year students of both the morning and evening programs, titled "The Library and Its Educational and Cultural Role."

Additionally, lectures were delivered by faculty members from the Arabic Department who participated in the visit. Assistant Lecturer Ivan Fahmi Jameel gave a lecture titled "Steps to Finding Sources and References in Libraries," and Assistant Lecturer Ali Abdul Manaf Hamdi presented on "How to Classify Books in Libraries," with the participation of Assistant Lecturer Rana Sami Hamid as well.
