A ministerial committee from the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, led by Prof. Dr. Sawsan Jabbar Abdul Rahman and comprising Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kwestan Najmuddin Enja and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhannad Mohammed Hameed, visited the College of Arts at the University of Samarra to evaluate its scientific and academic status.

During the visit, the committee conducted a comprehensive field assessment of the college's academic environment, inspecting its infrastructure, departments, and facilities. The evaluation aimed to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with the quality standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
