A faculty member from the College of Arts participated in a conference at the University of Wasit

A faculty member from the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Saleh Faris, participated in the Sixth Conference on Comparative Literary and Linguistic Studies held at the College of Education, University of Wasit. He presented a research paper titled "Representations of the Self in the Poetry of Cemal Süreya and Nizar Qabbani: A Comparative Cultural Study."

The conference was attended by the President of the University of Wasit, who honored researchers in comparative studies. This participation aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support academic openness and encourage faculty members to actively engage in scientific conferences both within Iraq and internationally.
