The College of Arts Achieves High Rankings in the Iraqi University Classification

The departments of the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk have achieved good rankings in the Iraqi university classification for academic departments within the faculties of arts at Iraqi universities.

The Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enjeh, praised the achievements of the college's departments in the scientific field, comparing them with their counterparts in other arts faculties at Iraqi universities. He emphasized the importance of further advancement in the future for the benefit of academic and scientific progress.

The Department of Arabic Language ranked third among 24 scientific departments, the Department of Applied Geography ranked third among 9 scientific departments, the Department of History ranked fourth among 12 scientific departments, and the Department of Media ranked fifth among 17 scientific departments.
