The Dean of the College of Arts Chairs a Ministerial Committee to Assess the Feasibility of Converting Al-Qalam College into a University

The Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enja, chaired a ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the possibility of transforming Al-Qalam College into Al-Qalam University.

The committee conducted a field visit to the college to assess its physical and human resources, as well as its infrastructure, to determine its readiness for the transition to university status.

The committee will submit a detailed report on the college's current situation to the Ministry for further consideration of the matter.

The committee members included Prof. Dr. Omar Najm Al-Deen Enja, Prof. Dr. Akram Saeed, Prof. Dr. Qais Ismail, Assistant Prof. Dr. Muhannad Mohammed Hamid, and Mrs. Zainab Karim.
