The College of Administration and Economics participated in the Kirkuk University procession to commemorate the martyrdom of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain bin Ali (peace be upon him), and his pure family (peace be upon them). Additionally, the college staff contributed by providing drinking water and food within the procession, seeking blessings from this occasion and honoring the memory of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).

The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Professor Dr. Essam Hadi Mohammad, emphasized that organizing this procession comes to revive the eternal Hussaini message embodied in the epic of Ashura, which has carried the loftiest meanings of human values throughout the ages. He called for drawing lessons and insights from the Hussaini uprising and translating them into practices, behaviors, and actions that immortalize this great journey and reflect its humanitarian principles.

This participation comes within the framework of the College of Administration and Economics' keenness to promote the values of solidarity and cooperation, and to reinforce the noble principles embodied by the revolution of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), thereby contributing to community service, commemorating religious occasions, and remembering the great sacrifices made by Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and his pure family.
