As part of strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging expertise among educational institutions, Assistant Professor Dr. Hisham Abdullah Hamad Olayan, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kirkuk, served as a member of the defense committee for a PhD dissertation at the College of Administration and Economics, Tikrit University. The dissertation, presented by student Abdulwahab Arak Ismail, is titled: "Knowledge-Based Human Resource Management Practices and Their Impact on Creative Performance Mediated by Dynamic Capabilities: A Field Study in Selected Colleges at Tikrit University."
This participation reflects the distinguished academic standing enjoyed by the faculty members of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, and its active role in supporting the academic and research process at the local level among Iraqi universities.
