Gender Integration in Management: A Scientific Seminar at the University of Kirkuk

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Division, organized a scientific seminar entitled
"Women and Men in Management: An Academic Vision Toward Effective Leadership,"
presented by Mr. Ziad Bakr Khidr and Ms. Shina Shamal Hussein, on December 9, 2025.
The seminar aimed to enhance the understanding of the roles of both women and men in modern management, highlighting the importance of integration between them in decision-making positions. It also aimed to raise students' awareness of effective leadership concepts and develop their skills in facing administrative challenges within academic and professional institutions.

9 12 7 9 12 8 During the seminar, the lecturers discussed several key themes, most notably:
• The roles of women and men in administrative work environments.
• The impact of leadership diversity on enhancing the quality of decisions.
• The qualities of a successful leader in light of contemporary academic visions.
• The importance of integration and cooperation between genders to achieve effective leadership and a balanced work environment.

At the conclusion of the seminar, the College of Administration and Economics reaffirmed its commitment to continuing scientific activities that contribute to developing students' capabilities and refining their skills, supporting the university's direction toward building conscious and qualified leaders for the labor market.
