A doctoral dissertation presented by Assistant Lecturer Mewan Shakoor Qadir was defended at Tikrit University, titled:
The Role of Strategic Cadence in Enhancing Digital Entrepreneurship: The Mediating Role of Disruptive Innovation – An Analytical Study in Iraqi Telecommunications Companies.
The dissertation aimed to demonstrate the role of strategic cadence in enhancing digital entrepreneurship, as well as testing the mediating role of disruptive innovation in this relationship.
The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology and surveyed a sample of leadership personnel across Iraqi telecommunications companies.
The study yielded several findings, most notably that disruptive innovation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between strategic cadence and digital entrepreneurship. This role was found to be most effective at Zain, reflecting its higher capacity to leverage disruptive innovation in enhancing the impact of strategic cadence on digital entrepreneurship.
The study recommended the necessity of enhancing the role of disruptive innovation in Iraqi telecommunications companies, particularly through developing business models, value networks, and technological enablement, thereby contributing to the increased effectiveness of strategic cadence and supporting digital entrepreneurship.
At the conclusion of the defense, the dissertation was approved, and the researcher was awarded a grade of (Distinction), representing a scientific achievement that reflects the distinguished academic presence of the faculty at the College of Administration and Economics.
