The visit aimed to evaluate administrative workflow and track the implementation mechanisms of applicable regulations. The committee conducted an inspection tour of the Follow-up Division, during which it reviewed official records, operational procedures, and audited administrative practices.
Additionally, the committee discussed several areas related to performance development and reviewed key workflow challenges, stressing the importance of adhering to ministerial guidelines and boosting institutional efficiency to elevate administrative standards.
