The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Issam Hadi Al-Salhi, conducted a field visit to the university student dormitory complex in the Sayada area on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
During the visit, the Dean met with the staff supervising the management of the complex and reviewed the condition of the buildings and service facilities. He toured the premises to assess the level of services provided to students and ensure the availability of basic needs and the suitability of the living environment. He also checked the prices of goods in the complex cafeteria, emphasizing the need to adhere to official prices and provide students with products of appropriate quality and cost.
The visit included a direct meeting with the resident students, during which the Dean listened to their opinions and requests, emphasizing the college’s commitment to removing obstacles they face and enhancing a living environment befitting its students.
This visit reflects the University of Kirkuk’s interest, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, in following up on student affairs, addressing their needs, and resolving the problems they face in the dormitories. It also comes within the framework of the university’s field monitoring program for dormitories, aimed at improving service levels and providing a suitable living environment that supports students’ academic journey.
