The Basic Medical Science Branch within the College of Dentistry serves as a fundamental pillar of dental education, owing to its critical role in imparting foundational, scientific, and cognitive knowledge to undergraduate students. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery branch excels in its commitment to patient care and the progression of scientific research. It hosts specialized clinics across a spectrum of disciplines, including oral surgery, conservative dentistry, dental prosthetics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and preventive dentistry, tailored to meet the academic needs of students and researchers.

College Dentistry at Kirkuk University offers only one program of Study, Bachelor of Science in Dentistry (BSc), an undergraduate degree focusing on the scientific foundations of dental practices, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, and preventive dentistry.
