Prof. Dr. Issa Ibrahim Issa, a faculty member at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, chaired the examination committee for the Master’s thesis titled:

“Leveraging Artificial Intelligence Algorithms for Real Estate Price Prediction”

The thesis was submitted by the researcher, Yusra Jabbar Nader, to the College of Science at Charmo University in Sulaymaniyah. Prof. Issa explained that the research involved a comprehensive study of several Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning algorithms to predict real estate prices based on a local dataset.
