Addressing legal authorities regarding problems related to interpreting laws, controls, and instructions.

Statement of opinion on the procedures and activities carried out by scientific departments, administrative divisions, and other formations and auditing their integrity in light of laws, controls, and instructions.

Proposing the formation of investigative and audit committees for cases that require the formation of these committees and naming their legal member.

Follow up on the work of the investigative committees formed in the college and follow up on the implementation of their recommendations after their approval by the Dean of the College.

Participation in the work of the permanent or temporary committees assigned to it.

Follow up on completing the sale and lease committees and the write-off minutes committees.

Organizing employment contracts for external lecturers and organizing temporary employment contracts and daily wages for college employees.

Organizing transactions for educational leave guarantees outside and inside Iraq, scholarship contracts, and auditing the legal agencies of scholarship students and professors.

Organizing all legal undertakings for college members and following up and supervising all undertakings organized in the scientific departments and all administrative divisions.

Organizing the guarantees required to be submitted by the applicable laws and instructions, such as guarantees for postgraduate students with academic leave, guarantees for preliminary study students, and guaranteeing the preservation of state funds.
