English Acceptance criterion:-
The admission standard to the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences includes:
1- The age of the applicant for admission must not exceed (24) years.
2- The applicant for admission to the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences is subject to practical, physical and skill tests.
3- Medical examination.
4- Personal interview for the student.
The student's personal interview takes place after completing all the tests that the student passes.
The interview will be conducted by the head and members of a committee determined by the college by administrative order.
5 - Graduates of preparatory studies are accepted for the two branches (literary and scientific).
6- The student applying for admission to the college is accepted as a graduate of vocational preparatory studies. The acceptance rate is determined by the Ministry and varies from year to year.
7- The acceptance rate for graduates (literary and scientific) is (60%).
8- The student who graduates from the literary, scientific, and vocational branch whose GPA is lower than the general average (acceptance rate) will be accepted into the National Olympic Committee’s quota for champion students, Iraqi club players, and those who won the first three places in the Republic Championship and the Iraqi Educational Championship.
The applicant is subject to the same examination controls as students.
Admission procedures:-
The admission procedures are:
1- The student applying for admission to the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences is subject to all admission procedures, including practical tests (skills - physical), theory, medical examination, and personal interview.
2- Each student must have a special application form with a photo of the student attached to it.
3- Upon completion of the testing procedures, students are filtered according to the gradual average that the student obtained during his test.
4- The names of students who passed the tests are attached to the Ministry within the time limit specified by the Ministry.
5- When the names of the students appear, they are announced by the college dean and the names are published on the college website.
6- A committee is formed to receive students by administrative order by the Dean of the College, headed by the Scientific Assistant and membership of the Registration Division employees.

2- Iraqi citizenship certificate for the student - for the father - for the mother.
3- The student’s civil status ID - for the father - for the mother.
4- Written pledges to commit to working hours.
5- Sponsorship.
Certificates eligible for acceptance:-
The certificates eligible for admission to the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences are:
1- Graduate of preparatory school for both branches (literary and scientific).
2- Graduates of vocational preparatory school (commercial - industrial).
