Controls and conditions for applying for postgraduate studies

Mechanism for applying for postgraduate studies and the documents required to apply for the academic year 2023-2024

1-  Application must be electronically via the link (http://adm.rdd.edu.iq), starting on Tuesday, corresponding to 5/2/2023, until Thursday, corresponding to 6/1/2023.

2- The submission of those covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law and the Law of Compensation for Those Affected by War Operations, Military Mistakes, and Terrorist Operations shall be via electronic forms via the electronic link (http://students.alshuhadaa.gov.iq).

3- Withdrawal of basic forms (colored copy, on one double-sided page for forms that consist of more than one page) which is a form form (500 - 501 - 504). The form that contains white ink or scratches and scratches is not accepted, taking care to fill out all the fields of the form. It is signed exclusively by the applicant, otherwise the transaction is neglected.

4- Excellences category forms for the academic year 2023-2024:-

A-A form for the families of martyrs before 2003 and the category of martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Form (502), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.

B- Political prisoners’ application form (503), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.

T- A victim compensation form, Form (700), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.

D-A form for people with disabilities and special needs, Form (600), accompanied by a copy of the medical report signed by the competent medical committee, which confirms the disability and the percentage of disability.

5-  Required documents for applicants for postgraduate studies:-

A - For applicants for doctoral studies: a copy of the graduation document addressed to the University of Kirkuk, College of Law and Political Science / Division of Graduate Studies, in which the average is recorded in numbers and writing and is identical to the scientific background of the applicant for the doctoral degree by submitting two graduation documents (Bachelor’s - Master’s) in addition to the issued equivalence certificate. From (the Scholarships Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Baghdad) for applicants who hold initial or higher degrees from non-Iraqi universities.

B -For applicants to study the Master’s and Higher Diploma: a colored copy of the graduation document addressed to the University of Kirkuk / College of Law and Political Science / Division of Graduate Studies (in which the average is recorded in numbers and writing and matches the scientific background of the applicant, and the average of the first student in the batch in the scientific department for the first and second rounds is recorded in it. For morning and evening studies).

T -Colored copies of personal documents: 4 colored photos with a white background - civil status ID or unified national card -  citizenship certificate - ration card - housing card (which must be copied on one sheet of paper).

D-In addition to the documents required in Paragraph (5/A, B, C), employees applying for postgraduate studies must bring a service summary signed by the director and sealed, with the date of first appointment and the date of commencement after the last certificate, along with a letter of no objection to applying for studies. The letter of non-objection must be signed by the university president in the following statement: (No objection from the department to apply for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2023-2024) and signed by the authorized person of the relevant department, the ministry, or the entity not affiliated with a ministry, except for employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in universities. The letter of no objection must be signed by the university president. Or whoever authorizes him.

C -For an employee whose GPA is less than (65), he must bring a letter confirming his job service for a period of not less than (5) years after the last certificate, and it must be submitted on the private expense channel with an official letter of exception signed by (the competent minister).

H-With regard to employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research applying for doctoral studies who hold scientific titles (assistant teacher, instructor, assistant professor), bring the university order regarding granting them scientific titles.

X - For those applying to study during employment or assignment in accordance with Law (20 of 2020), bring a letter of non-objection in the following format (no objection from the department to study during the period of employment or assignment at private expense in accordance with Law 20 of 2020).

6- Attach proficiency certificates (English, Arabic, computer).

7-  All the above-mentioned documents are collected in one file in (pdf) format and sent to the email address of the Graduate Studies Division (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ).

8- Deliver the original paper file with a color photocopy, in addition to a CD containing all the aforementioned documents in the form of a file (pdf) to the Graduate Studies Division after completing the electronic form and on the day following the completion of the electronic application.

9-  The applicant bears all legal consequences in the event that the paper documents do not match the documents submitted by him in the email.

10- Interviews to determine the eligibility of candidates for admission to graduate studies are conducted on the day of the competitive examination and according to Form 506.

11-  Applicants with equivalent certificates will be notified of the situation regarding non-compliance with the academic background or the academic clearance percentage exceeding the percentage specified according to the instructions within a week from the date of their application.

12-     Security permits are approved for accepted persons only.

13-     Submitting the required documents according to each study in a nylon file according to the following colors:-

A-   Masters/General Channel, Yellow File.

B-   Master’s/private channel, blue file.

C-   Master’s / Al-Shuhadaa Channel, Red File.
