University of Kirkuk Celebrates 21st Anniversary with Special Event at the College of Science

The College of Science at the University of Kirkuk celebrated the 21st anniversary of the university’s establishment with a special event on Sunday, November 10, 2024. The event, held on the college premises, was attended by the Vice President for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, along with department heads, faculty members, and students.

The celebration featured a range of activities, including scientific, artistic, and cultural exhibitions. Student projects and artwork were showcased, while brochures and awareness-raising leaflets were distributed to enhance scientific awareness among attendees. The event also included intellectual competitions designed to promote critical thinking and encourage scientific competition among students.

Informational posters highlighted the college’s vision, mission, and goals, and provided a glimpse into the early stages of the university's establishment and its evolution over the years.
