Application Mechanism for Postgraduate Studies

For the Academic Year 2025-2026

1. Application Dates and Links

The application will be online via the link: adm.rdd.edu.iq
starting from Thursday 15/5/2025 until Tuesday 10/6/2025.
For those covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law and the affected: The application is via the link: students.alshuhadaa.gov.iq

Forms must be printed (color copy), all fields filled out, and signed. Note: Forms containing whiteout or scratch-outs will not be accepted.

* Multi-page forms must be printed on (a single double-sided page).

Graduation document (with grades) addressed to: Kirkuk University / College of Science / Postgraduate Studies Division.
The average must be stated in it (in numbers and writing).
Submit both graduation documents (Bachelor's and Master's).
Equivalency and mural certificate (for non-Iraqi certificates).

Color copy of the graduation document addressed to: Kirkuk University / College of Science / Postgraduate Studies Division.
The average must be stated in it (in numbers and writing).
The first student's average must be stated in it (for both attempts and for both morning and evening studies).

Color copy of the university order for the previous postgraduate study.
Identification documents: National Card (or Civil Status ID + Nationality Certificate + Residence Card) copied on a single paper.
(4) Color photos with a white background.
Arabic Language Proficiency Certificate (valid for 2 years) or National Test.
Computer Proficiency Certificate (valid for 2 years) or National Test.
English Language Proficiency Certificate (valid for 2 years, or the Unified National Test).

Bring a signed and stamped service summary (date of first appointment + commencement after the last certificate).
No Objection Letter containing the phrase:
"The department has no objection to applying for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025-2026".
For averages less than 65: A letter confirming employment service (not less than 5 years) + application on private expense + an exception letter from the Minister.
Holders of scientific titles (Higher Education): Bring the university order with the scientific title.
Studying while employed (Law 20): A No Objection letter in the format of Law 20 of 2020.
Contracts and Daily Wage Workers: A "No Conflict" letter.

Online Application: All documents must be collected into a single (PDF) file and sent to the email:

Paper File: The original file + a color copy + a (CD) containing the PDF file must be delivered to the receiving committee in the college.
Private Expense Pledge: Fill out a pledge to pay tuition fees (in two installments).
The applicant bears legal consequences in case of unmatched documents.
Interviews will be conducted on the day of the competitive examination (30/6/2025 – 1/7/2025).
Documents must be placed in a plastic file folder according to the type of study.
Visit the college after completing the requirements to obtain the audit form (a condition for entering the competitive examination).
