The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Kirkuk discussed a Master's thesis titled: "A Theoretical Study of the Vibrational Frequencies, Electronic, and Thermodynamic Properties of Tetrathiafulvalene Using Quantum Programs" by researcher Aya Adnan Ibrahim.
The study aims to improve the electronic properties of tetrathiafulvalene, given the importance of this compound (Tetrathiafulvalene) and its derivative (Bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene) in the field of conducting organic materials and organic electronics.
The study also addressed understanding the compound's behavior at the molecular level and the possibility of utilizing its electronic properties to improve the performance of materials used in technological applications and electronic circuits.
