Under the slogan "Floods are fate... and our response is awareness"

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Hiwa Sttar Salih, the College of Nursing implemented a humanitarian activity within the framework of community service, with the participation of a group of academic staff and employees.

The activity included the distribution of school bags and stationery to approximately (100) male and female students from Al-Muhammadi Primary School in Yarmjah village – Laylan subdistrict, in support of children affected by the recent floods that hit the area.

This initiative comes as an affirmation of the humanitarian and social role undertaken by the university, and its continuous commitment to supporting various segments of society, especially in times of crisis, as well as reinforcing the values of social solidarity and volunteer work among its members.

At the conclusion of the activity, the organizers expressed their wishes for continued safety and security for all residents of the area, emphasizing that the College of Nursing will continue to implement community initiatives that contribute to supporting and serving society.
