College of Nursing Organizes Awareness Activity to Educate Women on the Importance of Pink October

Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, the respected Prof. Dr. Hiwa Sattar Saleh, the Library Division, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, carried out a social awareness activity for women in Kirkuk Governorate on the importance of Pink October.

This month represents an important opportunity to promote public health and consolidate the culture of prevention and early detection of breast cancer through the combined efforts of health, educational, and community institutions. The College of Nursing plays a pivotal role in spreading health awareness, educating women, encouraging healthy behaviors, and providing support to those affected, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of life.
