College of Nursing Hosts Seminar for Students on Evaluation Examinations

    Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, the respected Prof. Dr. Hiwa Sattar Saleh, the Department of Maternal and Newborn Nursing—represented by the Head of the Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yassin Mohammad Musa, and faculty members—held a seminar on evaluation examinations for third-stage students (Maternal & Newborn Nursing and Pediatric Nursing, for both morning and evening studies), as well as the SIS and IQ Learn platforms.

During the seminar, the following points were explained:

1. The mechanism of evaluation examinations for the practical portion of subjects included in the evaluation exam, along with a clarification of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in the laboratory.
2. Urging students to adhere to attendance schedules and the official dress code.
3. The importance of blended learning and encouraging students to complete assignments and upload them to the electronic classroom.
4. Clarifying absence percentages.
5. Encouraging students to conduct extracurricular voluntary activities.

The seminar concluded with student contributions and answering their inquiries.
