The Agricultural Unit at the College of Nursing, University of Kirkuk, Commences a Campaign to Clean, Prune Green Spaces, and Plant Trees Across the College

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Hiwa Sattar Saleh, the Agricultural Unit at the college launched a campaign to clean and prune green spaces, maintain gardens, and carry out tree-planting activities, coinciding with the commencement of the new academic year 2026–2027.

The campaign included cleaning green areas, pruning trees and plants, and preparing gardens and walkways, as well as planting a number of trees and plants to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the college corridors and provide a suitable academic environment for students, faculty members, and staff.

The Dean emphasized the importance of attending to green spaces and preserving the university environment, calling for continuous tree-planting and garden maintenance efforts to enhance the college's aesthetic appeal and maintain its cleanliness and civilized appearance.
