A Master's thesis at the College of Nursing, University of Kirkuk, discussed the impact of the workplace environment on the clinical performance of nurses in the teaching hospitals of Baghdad. The thesis, presented by student Abbas Abood Hassan, aimed to investigate the effect of the workplace environment on the clinical performance of nurses in Baghdad's teaching hospitals. The most significant statistical findings revealed a positive impact of the work environment on the nurses' clinical performance.
