The Division aspires to develop policies and mechanisms for evaluation and performance at the College of Nursing in a way that ensures credibility, transparency, objectivity, and justice, in a way that qualifies the Division to compete and obtain accreditation locally and internationally.

Message :-
The Quality Assurance Division at the College of Nursing, Kirkuk University seeks to provide technical support to improve the quality of the educational process and the efficiency of the performance of students, faculty members, and the administrative body, and to maintain a distinguished level of quality of teaching halls, equipment, facilities, and services in light of standard standards, and to prepare the College of Nursing to ensure quality, continuously improve the educational process, and serve the environment and society. And qualify the college to obtain accreditation.

Objectives :-
1.The Quality Assurance Division at the College of Nursing, Kirkuk University aims to evaluate academic, administrative and community performance to develop the educational and research process and community service and to enhance the application of leadership concepts and improve quality and management for the practice of the nursing profession.
2. Spreading a culture of quality and awareness of the importance of implementing evaluation programs among all college employees.
3. Develop an implementation plan to improve the college’s learning outcomes and outcomes and follow up on its implementation.
4. Supporting the comprehensive quality assurance and accreditation process and encouraging academic department staff to participate in all accreditation requirements.
5. Preparing and reviewing periodic and annual self-evaluation reports that are considered a reference for the various executive actions of the college administration.
6. The college fulfills the requirements and standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation to establish and activate an internal quality assurance system at the college in the areas of institutional capacity and educational effectiveness.
