Dean's Speech

Praise be to God, who achieved the College of Law exceeded the state of construction and development in its human, scientific and material capabilities, which had a great impact on drawing the future of this college in terms of opening discreet horizons that motivated the souls of its employees towards continuing the march of progress forward.

This qualitative transition was carried out, thanks to God, with the support of the President of the University of Kirkuk and the illusion of the college employees in a short period of time, which was celebrated with the elements of success in its various dimensions. On the scientific level, an atmosphere of scientific competition prevailed in the achievement of scientific promotions for faculty members and at all levels, and signing a memorandum of understanding with the College of Law At the American University of Laila, the purchase of modern source books and the opening of the Internet Division, as for the professional level, which is the policy of preparing the teaching and associates and put them into courses inside and outside Iraq to increase their professional experiences.

With regard to the social dimension, the other witnessed an openness to all state institutions in the province, where specialized courses were held that would raise the capabilities and levels of employees of those institutions, cognitively and professionally The year of the academic year 2017/2016, the Higher Diploma/Human Rights Study for the 2018/2019 academic year was opened and the college held many electronic seminars, conferences, workshops and poetry festivals for students.

This is the march of the College of Law, may God help us all to achieve more achievements for the good of our university and our city.
