About the Human Resources Division:-
It is the division concerned with employee matters and their administrative orders, including promotion, transfer, and appointment. It includes several departments headed by a division head, followed by a number of employees. The staff of the College of Law is (112) permanent employees and includes (68) teaching and (45) male and female employees on permanent staff.
Tasks of the Human Resources Division:-
1- Answer all the books listed in the college, except for the sections (registration, scientific, and legal).
2- Edit all answers and print them for all branches, including the mail of the assistants, with the exception of the mail of the two divisions (Registration and Scientific).
3- Issuing printed books after signing them by the Dean, and photocopying the outgoing mail in order to preserve it in the personal files of all departments, with the exception of registration.
4- Supplying all the books contained in the college and distributing them to the departments and divisions after photocopying them if the book concerns more than one division or department in the college.
5- Follow up on leave forms for the college’s faculty members and employees, both sick and regular.
6 - Preparing an employee attendance form at the end of each month, indicating attendance, absence, regular and sick leave.
7- Issuing medical clinics.
8- Follow up on the files of all members, maintain them, and complete their shortcomings.
9- Issuing administrative orders to dispatch teachers and employees.
10- Issuing orders for committees in the college and distributing them to the committee chairman and its members.
11- Issuing a schedule of civil defense police forces and distributing it to the divisions in the college, and following up on the police forces directly by the director of the division.
12- Photocopying the outgoing mail in order to preserve it in personal files and archives, as well as the parties to whom a copy of the outgoing letter is sent.
13- Follow up on members’ eligibility for annual bonuses and issue administrative orders related to that.
14- Following up on the members’ eligibility for promotion and submitting it to the university presidency with a summary of service by the director of the division, as he is a member of the Central Committee for Promotions in the university presidency.
15- Automating all employee files (employees and teachers) and maintaining and continuing to renew them.
