About the Legal Division:-

The Legal Division organizes and applies legal procedures in various matters with the aim of ensuring the implementation of legal provisions related to the work of the college and any other legal matters.

Tasks of the Legal Division:-

First: Answering official books of a legal nature.

Second: Representing the college before the competent courts and police stations based on authorization from the Dean of the College.

Third: Issuing administrative orders regarding the formation of investigative committees, participating in their membership, and issuing administrative orders regarding the recommendations of these committees.

Fourth: Participation in the membership of student disciplinary committees for morning and evening studies, and issuing administrative orders related to the recommendations of the disciplinary committees.

Fifth: Participate in membership in the cafeteria follow-up committees, the copying office, photographers, the loss of identities committee, the complaint and donation funds committee, the destruction and student scholarship committees, and all other committees that require the presence of a legal member.

Sixth: Organizing and ratifying pledges, guarantees and contracts.

Seventh: Providing legal opinion and advice when needed and in matters that require it.

Eighth: Organizing the conduct of auctions and tenders that take place within the college, including renting buildings, purchasing materials, etc.

Ninth: Drafting and organizing contracts in accordance with applicable laws and instructions that preserve the college’s rights, and a file is opened for each contract and its priorities.
