Under the patronage and in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Unit, organised a scientific symposium on the role of women in institutional decision-making reform, at the Hammurabi Hall in the faculty.d. halo 1
The seminar, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, addressed women's participation in institutional decision-making, adding intellectual diversity that enriches the decision-making process through different and balanced analytical perspectives. Their communication and participatory leadership skills help build a stable work environment that supports justice and equal opportunities. Their presence in leadership positions improves performance efficiency and ensures sustainable development within the institution.
