Issuance of a new scientific book by a lecturer from the College of Law and Political Science

A new scientific book by a lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science, Dr. Ghada Hayawi Lazem, was issued by the Professor's Library for Publishing and Distribution, entitled: Government Spending between the Presidential and Parliamentary Systems/A Comparative Study.

The author discussed government spending as one of the tools of the state's financial policy to satisfy public needs, during the period from 1970 to 2020 and the transition of this policy from the presidential system to the parliamentary system adopted by the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, and Iraq's need to draw up a financial policy in which financial control is achieved over the legitimacy of government spending.
