The lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science, Professor Dr. Saad Attia Hamad, participated in the membership of the doctoral thesis discussion committee entitled: Financial Federalism / A Comparative Study by the researcher Abdullah Qader Faqi, in the College of Law at the University of Sulaymaniyah.

The lecturer stated that the thesis dealt with a comparative study in financial management and the specializations of distributing financial resources in federal states and touched on a detailed statement of the various financial aspects related to federal states and the mechanism for addressing the problems that hinder its implementation
