Published by Hatrk House for Printing, Publishing and Distribution, a new scientific book for the teaching at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, teacher Dr. Rosa Hussein Nemat, which was entitled: Guarantees for the trial of the accused in terrorist crimes / a study of domestic and international laws for the year 2024.

The teaching stated that the author aims to clarify the standards of guarantees for the trial of the accused in terrorist crimes in international law enjoyed by the accused under investigation and trial, and to try to converge and compare them with the guarantees of the trial of the accused in terrorist crimes contained in the relevant national legislation contained in international and regional conventions and covenants to indicate the texts that conform to international standards and to diagnose the points of difference between them in order to reach the most appropriate legal formula, which is consistent with the texts that provide legal guarantees to achieve The fair trial of the accused referred to in the course of the study.
