Publication of a new book for a teacher at the College of Law and Political Science

The Arab Center for Scientific Studies and Research in the Arab Republic of Egypt issued the new legal textbook for the teaching staff at the College of Law and Political Science, Dr. Najwa Najm al-Din Jamal, entitled (Criminal Liability Arising from Trafficking in Human Organs/A Comparative Study) for the year 2024.

The legal book deals with the definition of criminal liability and trafficking in human organs, its basic components and elements of this crime, and an explanation of the legislative treatment of the crime of trafficking in human organs, the position of Islamic law, international organizations and conventions in combating this crime, and the effects resulting from the transplantation of organs obtained through trafficking.
