A lecturer from the College of Law and Political Science obtains a PhD in Private Law from the University of Sulaymaniyah

Assistant lecturer Hazem Nazim Mahmoud, a lecturer at the College of Law and Political Science, obtained a PhD in Private Law for his thesis entitled: The idea of ​​guarantee as a basis for the contractor to bear the responsibility for the breach caused by a third party/a comparative analytical study, in the discussion hall at the College of Law at the University of Sulaymaniyah.

The lecturer stated that his thesis dealt with the statement of guarantee in Islamic jurisprudence and civil law, the concept of the third party in the contract, and the legal basis for the contractor to bear the responsibility for the breach caused by a third party.
