Vision, mission and goals
The College of Engineering at Kirkuk University aspires for the college to be distinguished and pioneering in the field of teaching, scientific research, development and service to the local community, and to graduate engineers who work to serve the country, as well as raising the level of performance and quality by shifting from a state of documentation and organization to a state of urging, following up and directing people to raise the levels of activities. And existing services to advance the country's scientific situation.

Objectives :
1- Graduating engineers in various engineering fields and providing them with the foundations of knowledge and skills that enable them to meet the needs of society.
2- Developing the spirit of creativity and innovation among graduating engineers in a way that serves society in the engineering field.
3- Providing continuing education for the community and disseminating engineering knowledge in state departments by holding development courses and lectures for employees and providing engineering consultations to state departments.
4- Making the college a professional and advisory reference for knowledge and service to state departments and society.
5- Working to achieve continuous balanced development between the progress of theoretical sciences and the expansion and development of applied and laboratory sciences, experiments, and practices.
6 - Paying attention to scientific research and working to provide the technical and material means that help teachers continue their research.
7 - Developing the scientific and educational movement and its curricula in the direction of achieving harmony and integration with scientific activity and keeping pace with scientific and technical development in order to conduct solid scientific research and studies and be informed of the latest scientific developments in the fields of teaching, training and research and their advanced methods and forms.
8 - Building close scientific relations with advanced research centers in Iraq to achieve mutual benefit through the exchange of information, scientific knowledge, training and joint research using advanced means and formulas that achieve the desired results in record periods of time.
