The second session of the Board of Directors of the Engineering Consulting Office for the year 2024
Under the chairmanship of the respected Dean, Professor Dr. Celnak Akram Omar, the second session meeting of the Board of Directors of the Engineering Consulting Office / University of Kirkuk was held.
In the presence of the board members:
• Mr. Dr. Jalnak Akram Omar Arslan/ Chairman of the Commission
• A.M.D. Omar Mohieddin Taha/ Office Manager
• Mr. Dr. Izzat Niazi Suleiman/member
• A.M.D. Qubad Sabah Haseeb/ Member
• Mother. Timur Choban Khader/member
The session included discussion and making appropriate decisions about:
1 - Discussing the contracted projects, and the relevant advisory committees were assigned to complete them, which included a project to prepare plans and tables of quantities for the construction of two trusses in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and a project to inspect the Kirkuk Directorate of Communications and Informatics building and evaluate it from a technical and structural standpoint.
2- Discussing paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) in the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Agency / Consultation Offices Follow-up Department, No. (CMS/726) dated 2/13/2024, and it was answered.
3- Instructions regarding business fees and services provided by the consulting office were discussed and prepared.
