Awareness of the Culture of Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in a Scientific Symposium

In conjunction with the ongoing efforts to promote ethical values ​​in the academic community, the Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Division, held a scientific symposium under the patronage of the Dean, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, entitled "Awareness of the Culture of Integrity, Transparency and Accountability" and presented by Dr. Shalal Awad Salim, who discussed successful international experiences in achieving transparency, as he reviewed strategies for enhancing transparency in institutional work, and how it can contribute to improving performance and reducing corruption. The need to activate accountability was also highlighted as a means of ensuring individuals' commitment to ethical values ​​and achieving social justice.

His Excellency the Dean expressed the importance of spreading these values ​​as a fundamental step towards achieving a better society.

This symposium comes within the framework of a series of academic events that aim to enhance community awareness of the need to adopt a culture of integrity and transparency as part of the sustainable development process.
