The College of Education for Humanities organized a developmental course for college staff entitled "Administrative and Financial Skills" in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division. The course was officially opened by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, who delivered a speech in which he welcomed the participants and stressed the importance of enhancing the administrative and financial skills of employees, noting that this course comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts to develop human cadres in the college. He explained that improving employees' skills will directly contribute to raising the level of administrative performance and providing better services to students and the academic community in general.
The lecturer, M.M. Aram Taha Muhammad, managed the course, the content of which focused on a set of vital topics, including the basics of financial management, budget planning strategies, financial data analysis and its importance, effective decision-making methods, and enhancing communication and management skills. The lecturer also pointed out the importance of practical application of acquired skills, which contributes to enhancing job performance and success in the future.
This course reflected the serious orientation of the College of Education for Humanities towards enhancing the educational and professional culture in the college.
