"International Workshop for the Turkish Language Department"

Today, on April 16, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, received the President of the Turkish Gazi University, Dr. Musa Yildiz and his scientific assistant, the Director of the Turkish Language Teaching Institute at Gazi University (TÖMER) and his assistant, and the President of the Turkmeneli Endowment. For Cooperation and Culture and his assistant, at the college, as the visit of the honorable delegation comes in the context of participation in a joint workshop between Ghazi University and the heads of the Turkish language departments in Iraqi universities, with the aim of developing the Turkish language vocabulary in the Turkish language departments in Iraqi universities, and this meeting is an important opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge, And enhancing academic and cultural cooperation between the College of Education for Humanities at Kirkuk University and the Turkish University of Ghazi. It is expected that this joint workshop will contribute to enhancing the quality of education and the capabilities in developing Turkish language teaching in Iraqi universities and opening new horizons for cooperation between the two countries in the educational and academic sector.
