Foundations of Citizenship and Tolerance in a Scientific Symposium

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, in cooperation with the Division of Continuing Education, organized a distinguished scientific symposium entitled “Citizenship and Tolerance” on April 4, 2024, and it was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Nasser. Zora.

 The symposium addressed various topics related to the importance of active citizenship and participation in building tolerant societies. The importance of tolerance and mutual respect between members of society was highlighted, whether they belong to different cultures or diverse societies. The symposium is an important opportunity for students, faculty members, and those interested in social issues to enhance awareness. The importance of active citizenship and tolerance as basic values ​​in building a society dominated by peaceful coexistence and understanding.
