Scientific symposium in the Turkish Language Department on time and place in Mustafa Ziaei’s poems

Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Continuing Education Division organized a scientific symposium entitled (Time and Space in the Poems of Mustafa Dhiyaei) on 3/7/2024. It was delivered by Prof. Dr. Rawiyar Abbas Jaafar and Dr. Mustafa Muhammad Anwar. The scientific symposium discussed many aspects of poetry and art in Mustafa Ziaei’s poems, with a focus on how time and place are embodied in her poetic creations. In light of this important topic, many in-depth analytical work papers were presented on this distinctive aspect of poetry by Mustafa Ziaei, which sparked lively dialogues. It is informative about the impact of his poems on Turkish society and culture.

 Regarding the participation of the poet Mustafa Ziaei herself, he kindly participated and attended the symposium. He participated in the session in reading some of his wonderful poems, and spoke about his poetic path and artistic style. His presence was well received by the audience, who expressed their gratitude to him and his great cultural and literary contributions.

 It should be noted that the scientific activity of the Turkish Language Department was admired by the Dean of the College, and he emphasized the importance of such cultural events in enhancing cultural awareness and appreciation of literature in the university community.
