The Master’s thesis from the Arabic Language Department, entitled (The Pragmatic Dimension of the Phenomenon of Skipping in the Qur’anic Context) by the student (Nazneen Muhammad Kikaous), was discussed at the College of Education for Human Sciences on February 16, 2024, in the late Abdul Latif Youssef Hall.
The study dealt with the term skipping as a modern grammatical study and required its formulation as evidence of the reality of the language.
The study aimed to explain the concept of skipping and clarifying it in the Holy Qur’an. The researcher concluded the importance of skipping, its modernity, and its implications for many meanings, such as limitation, emphasis, and affixation.
The discussion committee consisted of the following teachers:
