Training Workshop on the Mechanism of Writing Graduation Research

Under the generous patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, held a training workshop entitled "Mechanism of Writing Graduation Research". This workshop targeted fourth-year students in the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education with the aim of enabling them to master the foundations of preparing graduation research and achieving academic quality standards in their research writing. The workshop dealt with the theoretical and practical aspects, as the theoretical aspect provided a comprehensive explanation of the concept of scientific research and its objectives, focusing on the methodological steps necessary to prepare the research, starting from choosing the topic and defining the research problem, through writing the introduction and general structure of the research, and ending with writing the conclusion and recommendations. As for the practical aspect, it was presented through the use of a display screen, as it reviewed the mechanism of dividing the research into chapters, topics, and demands, while providing practical examples that illustrate how to document sources and references in an accurate scientific manner, whether through electronic libraries such as the Comprehensive Library or public libraries. It highlighted the importance of adhering to scientific integrity and accuracy in documenting texts and sources as one of the basic pillars of scientific research.

His Excellency the Dean praised the efforts of the workshop organizers from the department professors and the Continuing Education Division, calling for the continuation of such activities that contribute to raising the level of the college's scientific outputs.
