Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, the doctoral thesis entitled (Motivation in Umayyad Poetry) was discussed in the Department of Arabic Language for the student Khabat Najat Muhammad in the college hall on 10-24-2024.
The thesis dealt with the various aspects of motivation, including its subjective and objective forms and types, religious, social and political motivational factors, and their impact on motivating poets towards systems that are consistent with those factors and various forms of motivation. The study reached a number of results and opened new horizons for study in this direction.
The discussion committee consisted of the teaching staff. .
