Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohi El-Din, the master's thesis entitled (Feminist Criticism by Abdullah Ibrahim - A Study of References and Representations) was discussed in the Department of Arabic Language by the student Iman Thabet Hamad in the hall of the College of Engineering on 9/3/2024.
The study examined the critical philosophy of the critic Dr. Abdullah Ibrahim, which includes feminist criticism at the level of his Western, Arab and personal references, and how the critic was able to establish his identity and his own imprint after he was able to establish a special, comprehensive and scrutinizing vision, and this is what his critical representations reflected through the method, vision and philosophy, as the researcher analyzed the critic's critical texts and derived judgments in them, and determined the vision, to reach what determines the nature of the text, its methods and its essence, and the extent of the relationship between Western and Arab understanding and what resulted from it in independent judgments concerning the critic at the level of his specialized studies.
