Doctoral dissertation defended (Natural and artificial communicative signs of the universe in pre-Islamic Arabic poetry - a semiotic study)

In the presence of the Honorable Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, it took place on Monday, corresponding to: 

 5/27/2024 Discussion of the doctoral thesis entitled (Natural and artificial communicative signs of the universe in pre-Islamic Arabic poetry / a semiotic study). The study, in its five chapters, aimed to demonstrate the semiotic use by poets of the pre-Islamic era of the natural and artificial communicative signs of the universe. The study revealed About the intellectual and artistic ability of pre-Islamic poets to employ (the sun, moon, stars, planets, night and day) as natural and artificial signs of communication in the light of the science of signs.
