A master’s thesis in the Department of Qur’anic Sciences discusses the legal foundation of images of development investment

 In the presence of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, on 2/5/2024, discussed the master’s thesis entitled (The Sharia Rooting of Developmental Investment Images - A Study in the Light of Islamic Economics) by the student (Tariq Rafiq Namiq) and in the hall. the college .

      The message dealt with returning every economic activity that has a role in the progress of investment to its legal origins, as well as the ruling on every development activity in Islamic Sharia, whether the ruling on the activity is deduced from evidence of traditional or rational rulings.

 As a result, the study concluded that Islamic Sharia is characterized by its comprehensiveness for all areas of an individual’s life and that it supports every economic activity and investment that is effective in achieving economic development and progress, and that it rejects any economic process outside the circle of Sharia law.
